Professional Practice Management is rarely taught during one's training.  Running a practice simultaneously involves providing the professional services while running a business that is constantly going through a process of development and change.

At Beacon we offer a wide range of consultative services to professional practices.   These include law practices and medical practices as well as behavioral health practices.

The services we provide include:

• General consultation around partner relationships, staff development, client services, compensation arrangements, and mergers.

• Strategic Planning to help in long term decision making.

• Conflict management and mediation for employees and management at all lervels

We also provide the following services to behavioral health practices:

• Niche Practice Development to help practices build specialized treatment programs (for example, a program for parents who are in high conflict divorces - the P.E.A.C.E. Program

• Forensic Parent Counseling Training Workshops are provided to teach professionals the parent counseling skills used in the PEACE program. 

• Managed Care Consultation to help you strategize effectively with regard to integrating into or reducing managed care participation.
